Why are they wearing "Army" singlets? They are part of the American Distance Project, not the WCAP. I understand they are in the Army (sort of) but they are not part of the official Army team.

Could be. He and Fauble have blown by Heath.

Sure looks like it. Him or Fauble.
How come you never see this in a track 10k? Guys getting gapped.
It's a very weird situation, gotta give you that one. Some of them have NIKE contracts (Kipchichir, Kebenei) and some of them are still in the Army proper so they are combining as one club here but I don't believe it reflects the entirety of the group. ADP/WCAP are fairly interchangeable at this point but I believe Korir, Hilary and Emmanuel Bor are still WCAP
Fauble separating from Hunter. Good chance the current top 6 end up as the team.
Korir, Kebenei, Kipchirchir, Bor x2, Fauble. Strong group!

Hunter is dropping.
As for gapping -- that's cross-country biz.
Hilary Bor keeps pushing and is the one trying go break things up.
One K to go. Still lead pack of 5.
2:52 9th k.
I thought Hillary Bor was a steeplechaser... seems like the longer distance guys ought to be beating him handily...
28 minutes. 4 person battle. KEbenei dropped.

Bro he just won Great Stirling XC
Kipchichir takes it. So glad he won, probably our best shot at a 10k medal this year
Kipchirchir, E Bor, Korir, H Bor, Kebenei, Fauble in that order.
Hunter 9th
also very impressed with Ferlic's performance. Should one of the Army/WCAP guys not go, he's the alternate. He moved up very well over the second half of the race
Kipchirchir pulls through, though having no Nike teammates in a pack of ADP runners! What a beast!

Letsrun.com did not even mention the guy who was in top 4 three years in a raw at NCAA as potential podium finisher in their preview? but you mention a guy like Drew hunter and others who have never finished higher than Futsum Zienasellassie in cross country at NCAA? I think Futsum will be in top 7 and show you how good he is at cross country races.
He finished 21st. That’s why he wasn’t mentioned. Hunter was 9th.
All I can say is what a joke! How many African born runners where at the front of that race, just ridiculous.
5 Kenyans and 1 American for the world cross team is utter nonsense.
And yes before anyone mentions Farah I'm not a fan no.
that's just like, your opinion, man
