Right now 37, but can go as low as 30/31.

40s, 26M, 80ish mpw, not rare to see 30s when sleeping or sometimes low 50s resting but I'm usually in the 40s

You're welcome.
Were you drunk when you typed this?
Is English your first language?
Look, it's not my fault that I have the lowest resting heart rate and you are having a fit about it. If it's so important to you, maybe train more?
You're welcome.
In the early 80's while in college went to donate blood and because my heart rate was under 40 they weren't going to let me donate! Had to explain the whole running thing...

How do you little birds have such fast heart rates?
Mine is 30 overnight, 32-33 sitting around watching TV.
No crazy fitness, just 30-40mpw and a 17:30 PR (more like 18 lately).
Oh, wait, I am 50 and swam competitively for 15 years, then raced road bikes (REAL endurance training).
I'd like to see proof of these extremely low rates. Show a screenshot (whatever device you are using) of your HR at those levels.
Here's mine ('rate': 24, max 26)
Another one showing typical RHR in the 20s. Highest I've seen in training is 212 (no screenshot for that though).

this is what you wrote, and in four pages of posts no one here has found it necessary to denigrate others to make themselves appear better:

So, you are the "REAL" endurance athlete and the rest of us aren't? And your need to call others "little birds?"
Strong work.
Tell us about what matters in issues of the heart, won't you?

Sure. I will take a shot of my Garmin, which I wear overnight.
Pretty much every morning when I wake, the "last 4 hours" average is 30-33 and the low is almost always 30. I have never seen a 29, though!

You're still here? I mean, it's cute that you're so wound up, but zzzzzzzz.
If you don't care, LEAVE.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miguel_Indur%C3%A1inhttps://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/BradycardiaProfessional cyclist Miguel Indurain had, during his career, a resting heart rate of 28 BPM
He consulted the Italian professor Francesco Conconi (famous for pioneering EPO use in sport)
58-63 while sitting
49-56 while lying down
41-46 while sleeping
I use my sleeping heart rate as a measure of how fresh I am. Usually after a hard session or race, it'll be mid to high 40s, low 40s is a sign I'm recovered.
