Northern Jersey and South Jersey should be considered separtate states or something. Mann some of the people from the South truly act like they are from the south. But all in all, NJ = amazinggg just stay out of the ghetto

I currently live in Europe and may have to move to NJ for business. Should I kill myself instead?
According to CNN/MONEY Magazine NJ and California are the two best states to live. Both had the most towns on the best towns in the Country list. NJ also has the highest annual income of any State. Moorestown NJ was voted the best town to live in the US.
If you notice NJ is the only state that has two towns in the top ten list.
We had relatives from England who loved the NJ/PA Delaware River Valley. The little towns surround the Delaware River has a quaint English field. There are a lot of Stone houses here that house restaurants and bars.
Well my family is relocating to NJ by years end. My wife got a good job at the corporate office up there, so away we go. From what we have seen on our trips there, and from others who live there, it is pretty nice. We will be in the Hunterdon county west somerset, or south morris county area. Looks like plenty of trails to run, and certainly plenty of road races. Sorta look forward to my move up there, where you are is what you make of it anyway you sourpuss.
That myspace is hilarious.
I think NJ is awesome, I've lived here forever in central NJ and it's great. Sure there are some crappy places, but you NJ hater people are taking Newark and Jersey city and calling the whole NJ crappy just cuz those places suck. Most people don't know, but NJ was the capital of the US for a period of time. NJ may not be the best, but it sure is immensely better than most of the other states. I mean give me a break...states like Michigan and Nevada...HA HA HA! You people only hate NJ cuz we're better than you're state; it's only human for people to hate things because they are better; but c'mon, it's getting old; quit bitching and just admit it; you're jealous.
Trust me, if one of you guys had your state in the top places list you'd be bragging and laughing, saying that NJ wasn't in it. But since your shitty state wasn't added you start calling the list stupid and whatever.
The funniest part of this is these hicks calling NJ crappy, and people saying we are racist, then going and saying that there are not enough white people in the state. Contradiction contradiction.
Finishing statment: NJ rocks. So just deal with it.
P.S. NJ girls are awesome. ;)

If you turn down the volume on their voices....but they tend to have nice asses there for some reason.
NJ all of you get over it. Another thing NJ is not the richest state! And not the highest annual income either. It is the nations @$$hole, get over it! Connecticut is the wealthiest state in the union and kicks the crap out of NJ in EVERYTHING! We are the richest, smartest, and BEST. And if you finally get sick of your $hit state, don't move to CT(Though, low-rent trash from NJ probably can't afford to anyway), you might as well move to Tijuana, which a whole lot better than the Garden, I mean Toxic Waste State.
Between Hartford and all the snow, I don't particularly want to EVER go back to Connecticut.
Sure unemployment is low. There is not one illegal resident without a job. All the naturals are moving out of the state.
At least the snow here in so-much-better-than-NJ Connecticut, and rain for that matter, isn't brownish-green. Also like Poo Jersey's tap water. I'd rather have a little more snow, it being white, than having a little less and it being acid snow. It is just simply a disgusting state.
hey Affluent, if CT is so great- how about telling us the virtues of places like East Hartford, Bridgeport, Waterbury, Danbury, New Haven, New Britain, that scum pit Bristol, and New London. New Jersey only has Camden, East Orange, and the bad parts of Newark that even come close. Rust, dirt, trash with a healthy sprinkling of meth, crack, winos, and welfare state USA.
As the song says, I Like Jersey Best.
I've lived in Jersey my whole life. Everytime I leave, I can't wait to come back. Sure, we may be aggressive drivers but that doesn't mean we're all assholes. I live in a beautiful neighborhood outside of Trenton. Sure, Newark, Camden, and Jersey City aren't the greatest areas, but I think every state has their own version of Newark. People that don't live here don't understand why Jersey is great. The tourists come for the shore- which are the nicest I've ever seen- and only see the Parkway and Turnpike surroundings (admittedly not inviting). Don't bag on the state unless you've seen parts other than whats shown in The Soprano's. Not everyone is in the mafia.
The most notable thing about New Jersey is that it is like running through not only a ghost town but a whole ghost state. NOBODY lives in New Jersey because it is too crowded.

right......
I dont have time to read this whole thread so this may have been said but here it goes, it you hate it leave, I hope none of you idiots stay in NJ, the trails will be empty and I will love it.
Grote has defended NJ enough for you all to know that there are shit loads of trails, a great running history, and great competition.
If you hate NJ, make my day and leave!
I left New Jersey years ago. Any state that has a fag governor needs to be nuked.
I thought this thread was dead long ago. Why is it constantly resurrected? For the record, I live in northern NJ and find it to be a pretty nice place.
