This thread is about getting to a consensus chart. I will update as input is received.
I think trying out 100 mile weeks is fine, but if you can't break 20 off of those miles, you are probably wasting your time.
When best implemented its ok to increase mileage if you are currently running less mileage than the chart says you could based on your 5k time. If you get slower, then at some point maybe its only worth it to be running 10 miles a week and take up a new passion.
