Bundle up at the start, but realize that it will be very sunny and will warm up out of the low 30s pretty quickly. I would think that most people would be too warm in tights. I would wear shorts and have layers on top with a warm hat. For comfort, the most important thing is to carry extra gloves. Once you get a pair wet reaching for fluids, your fingers will get very cold.
I’m seeing 31 degrees at 7am and 33 degrees at 9am. Disagree with the rapid warmup prediction, but good call on the gloves.
Low 30's and cold and windy. Not my type of day.
Luckily I'm only doing the half. Hat, gloves, arm warmers for me.
