I’m racing on Saturday!
On Tuesday I did 10x400 w/ 1:00 rest
68, 66, 67, 65, 63, 62, 67, 65, 74, 73
I was completely spent after the 8th rep and collapsed after the last rep. I wanted to stop the workout after 8 but my coach was really set on finishing the planned workout. He wasn’t too pleased with me slowing down so much at the end. My legs are still sore from that workout.
My PR was 4:25 from outdoor last year, injured all XC season from a car accident, and I’m doing 60ish mpw.
