in my book... what times should you select for your workouts if you're coming back or starting up again after some decent training? This is always the most difficult piece of the puzzle for me. How about you guys? Should I aim for a goal time or should I work more with my date pace (times I can run now)? I almost feel like I can't really run the goal pace workouts yet, but then if I don't I feel I'm wasting my time. How did you guys used to do it back in the day or now? Aim high or train moderately? I don't know. Thanks.
