He could definitely be in the movies. ?
Go home, Mrs. Makhloufi. Teach your son some ethics.

Thank you. I’ve been saying this for years. As a straight man, Makh was/is 100% the coolest, best looking, and most fun to watch man on the track in any event over 200m. Even has a certain “Is he doping?” bad boy element. The world needs him back.
Back when he was ripped:
485 lb quarter squats by a 150lb Toufik.
Of course he's doping. Does he look like the kind of guy who will let a bunch of doping cheats get the jump on him?
I saw Makhloufi "training" at the INSEP in november. He looked a little bit heavy.

Yeah he has a tendency to chub up in off season, his face has looked a lot rounder than in the above super lean photo.
i don't think he'll go sub 3:30/1:43 again unless he can get his weight back down.
Championship year. He was disappointed after losing to Centro at Rio, despite getting silver in both 800 and 1500.
This should make things interesting. He had a funny commenter in the initial post who wrote that "he will again eat (manger) the Kenyans but others will want to claim he is doping."

Never fear. There are medicines for that.

Only in running and maybe curling would that be considered a notable physique.
I don’t not have spherocytosis and an American Record....

At least he doesn't have a "blood disorder" like Coe had back in the day.
Can you imagine a world class runner stating today that he/she has a "blood disorder"???
Coe had toxoplasmosis, which is a parasitic disease that effects 50% of the World’s population! It is contracted in the vast majority of cases through contaminated meat, water and vegetables.
It leads to flu like symptoms and with most people leading normal lives, it subsides after a month or two. But with immunity surpressed people and those who are very physically active (sportsmen/women) the symptoms can be more severe and damaging, as it lives off energy levels. For 8% of those who have it, the effects can last beyond 6 months.
Coe was not born with a disorder of the blood but instead contracted a very common disease that would have a detrimental effect on someone training intensively and trying to run 800m in 1:41/1:42.

Anyone know why he disappeared for 2+ years?
Imagine if an American runner got the silver in both the 8/15 in the Olympics, then just went off the grid with no explanation.
Take into consideration that he is a former Jama Aden pupil.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Running for Bowerman Track Club used to be cool now its embarrassing
Rest in Peace Adrian Lehmann - 2:11 Swiss marathoner. Dies of heart attack.
