Me: 1500 Wr 3:26 and 10x400 @53-54 30-45 second rest (basically doing 400 repeats fast)
lol, so basically I am saying that to me as in my opinion that he is “best known” for his 1500 and 400 workout because that’s what immediately comes to my mind through it’s correlation to the 1500 which he is obviously best known for. Even though he is obviously a great runner in all distances and has a plethora of great workouts however, I think he is best know for those two in my opinion.

Jaron is basically saying he is known for his 1500 wr and 2k repeats at 5:10 because he does that workout more repeatedly in his cycle and also held the 2k wr. I am saying that no one really knows that immediately apart from the few who do there research but I just think that his 400 work out is more prevalent than the 2k one. Opinions? What comes to mind when you here about him? I could just have a different opinion lol?!?
