This right here, is about the stupidest comment I’ve read in a while. Because theirs more men applying doesn’t mean men are of priority. If their are less women applying for coaching jobs that’s on them, not us. There’s a lot more women applying for nursing jobs, does that mean the hospitals make women the Priority in their hiring process? Hell no, same goes for a CNA. I’m without a doubt certain a hospital would rather a man apply for CNA instead of a women because it’s a physical job to lift on patients etc but they’re not making it a priority to hire men over women.
So please save me the bulls***
More men apply so men need to be more experienced than women in order for it to be a fair playing field, you not seeing the logic in that is troubling.
