None of these women have been GIVEN anything just because they are women. They are simply among the best in their profession.
Most women fill out HUNDREDS of applications just like everyone else. And if they are lucky enough to be interviewed it’s only to check the boxes to make it look like there is a diverse candidate pool despite outstanding qualifications.
Men don’t have to worry about people worrying about whether you can do your job because you have kids even if you’re married. Or if you’re too pretty, or too this or that!

We all go on interviews where MOST of the time they are just going through the steps of the hiring process knowing they aren’t hiring you. Networking is gender less. Get in good with a respected Coach and you’ll land a good gig whether you are man or woman
