Correct. Recently got married and moved.
What will they be doing with the current staff? New director forced to keep them? I thought they were just going to turn it over to the head XC coach?

They also just posted for a volunteer sprint coach. Might be all new staff coming.

Not D3 they are USCAA which is like Division 5. Basically schools that are 4 years but have small JUCO budgets.
The Wingate position does not state an event to coach. Is it more of a Director Ops type job or is the one poster right, turning the team over to the head XC coach.

Director of Ops don’t supervise assistant coaches. It’s for the head coach of the program, regardless of event group.

There’s a difference between the Director and Director of Ops. Director is a fancy word for Head Coach. Director of Ops does all the batch work, like travel.
