Kevin Costner for Director at Stanford. He did great in that running movie, and you saw how happy he was when his team ran well in the Bay Area.

University of Oregon posted an opening for Track and Field Operations
Everyone on here keeps bringing up the same names for every job that gets posted, especially Stanford "The Farm". Lets be real. No one is mentioning one of the hottest names out there. Cale McDaniel (Kennesaw State). This guy is the real deal. Just look at what he has done!!!!

Matt Barreau leaving Coe College in Iowa to go to Lewis and Clark. One trash D3 to another even worse D3
He's from Oregon, at least that's where he went to college, so it makes some sense in that regard.
Coach B is a great Coach and is from the area, makes perfect since! I am sure he will get the program turned around.

He is indeed taking the Lewis and Clark job. Will be announced soon.
Northwestern is not an easy position to fill given it is cross country only, and the AD is not supportive of the distance women competing during the indoor and outdoor season. So you would have to find an athlete that doesn't care about track which is hard to do. Probably you are looking for athletes that loves Northwestern and are willing to not achieve all they can in running. The Stanford position is quickly narrowing down and some of the candidates are interesting. If the names I am hearing are accurate then it will shock everyone.
