My son almost went to Oklahoma because of the coach. Now that he is gone, we really appreciate the advice we got to not pick a school for the coach alone.
Looks like the female coach from OU is gone. Don’t know her name.

Still no Job posting from SVSU. It’s expected that Cowan is covertly scouring the trenches across the globe for a coach, holding secretive interviews, and using this time to gather information to make an informed decision.... That will against all logic and knowledge end up with the hiring of... wait for it... the Filipeks!!! The LSSU legends who dipped out after a couple dismal months of coaching. Every athlete at Saginaw and anyone close to the program will LOVE this decision, as there’s no way these guys can fail!!
Beating a dead horse.... but seriously, how is there still no news out of Palo Alto? Is Schumacher/Franklin/Sullivan the top candidates? Will we continue to wait until after USAs next week?
Is it safe to say no one currently on staff is getting the job?
How long before Coach Andy Eggerth gets a power 5 coaching job? He just coached KSU stud Jordan Gray to a decathlon world record. He is a proven coach and deserves a chance!

He needs 1-2 more jobs after mckendree to launder his name. He isn't getting it out of Mckendree if he follows his wife.
What happened to Mike Wilson? The program seems to be doing well, and his wife is/was also on staff. Do we see him pop up someplace else, or was he forced out?

The writing was on the wall. Pretty sure most in the Big West saw it coming.
Looks like the Earlham staff is moving on. Wonder if Clare is going back to Penn? The HCAC has lost a lot of coaches this year!
How does the head coach at OU still have his job. 5-6 coaches have either left on their own or been fired.
Wilson just didn't want to coach any more. Doesn't look to be anything too sinister.
Coach K is a solid coach. He did a good job at Cardinal O'Hara with some limited resources. I think Eastern made a good decision here.

Did I miss it? What happened to Kaczor?
I assume they got sick of the CMU guys underperforming year after year, along with his lazy recruiting.
Yup the team moved on without him. I wish the best of luck to Matt though. A terrific guy with some bad luck, some his own doing some unavoidable. Hopefully, the men's squad returns to competitiveness, especially with a coach of Hartmann's caliber.

What if the university had much more to do with them leaving than the head coach?
UNC Asheville assistant

Maybe Schumacher is taking the job. Would make sense as to why no announcement, maybe waiting for US champs to end before starting?
Today Stanford added a bunch of pledged recruits to the website roster page. No photos or bios, only names, category and “Freshman”.
My take is they want to assure “all is normal here”.
