Defiance seems to have nearly constant turnover in the HC of XC/TF. Anyone have any real insight as to why that happens? Wayne seems to know what he's doing. Here's hoping he can throw down some roots and grow the program.
school is on life support. extremely difficult place to recruit to and student retention campus-wide is terrible. enrollment in the hundreds and declining fast.

Oswego has had an interim for quite a while and seem to be doing a search every season. WTF are they doing up there?
