Nice scrap between Can and Schulmpf
Even better when Grovdal caught them but they finish Can, Schlumpg and Grovdal.
Yep, good race with the outcome in doubt right until the end.
Very nice run for Pippa Woolven in 9th.
Wonder what Charlotte Arter could have done if she'd got off to a better start.
Henrik has grown his 'tache out a bit!
Supposed to be available on Flotrack, but not working. Anyone else having the same problem?
Scandal with the counter, showing a round too much, thats why Grøvdal had so much power left.
Filip looking STRONK

Filip was either sandbagging or hit a bad patch and now rejoined the lead.
Ingrebitsen takes it from Kimeli and Kaya.
I repeat: Filip STRONK
'Turkey' (lol) take team award from the GBers.

Turkenya. ;)
Middlebrigtsen now a European champ at 1500 and XC. Impressive!
No individual medals for GB this time (a medal in the mixed relay wouldn't count as individual?) - can't think the last time that happened. We usually get something in the age group races at least.
Amazing run for Ireland's Sean Tobin in 10th, in amongst some big names.
"This is like Vebjørn (Rodal) would win 10.000 meter in the olympics."
Filip Ingebrigtsen
..
( Rodal: olympic champion 800 m Atlanta 1996)

Wonder how long it will take before America/Britain starts copying the Ingebrigtsens training. It works great, and isn't based on crushing workouts and training typically used when athletes peak at young age before burning out.
Its simple, controlled workouts. Easy to copy.
Belarus rob us of bronze in the mixed relay :-(

Yeah, how did that happen? Jess was miles ahead of the Belarus lass halfway through that last leg.
Despite that I think these mixed relays are a very good addition to XC championships.

I know all that, Mr Lacking Comprehension. But, nevertheless, he is of Ethiopian descent and my response was in the context of the poster who said it would be an "East African parade."
You can use semanthics as much as you want but the bottom line is you are comparing Pears and Apples if you put Crippa in the same pot with those three turkish guys...
Is your boy Sir Mo a Brit or an East African then? Lots of similarities right there.....

At no point did I put him in "the same pot" as the Turks. I merely mentioned he is of East African descent which is undeniable.
