I suppose I'm a bit lazy and a bit unorganized and I only get out on 2-3 runs a week. Can I/should I go hard every run? Essentially my easy days are so easy I don't run at all. And my "hard" days are only hard because I'm not in very good shape. I used to run 6 days a week in college, but that was 10 years ago.
I'm also to lazy to use the awful search tool to find a similar thread on here.
