I'm just working back from injury and before I was cleared to run outside I got to run on an Anti-Gravity treadmill (Alter-G). The alter-g gives the person the ability to run with less body weight when they're injured and it is better than any other way to stay in shape when injured. I don't know about ya'll but I can't stand doing a stationary anything when I'm injured or simply not able to run. I HATE the stationary bike and a normal treadmill with a passion (sort of the elliptical) because it just makes me go insane. Here's a video of me running on it and my rehab process coming back from injury if you've never seen an alter-g before.

If you have ran on an alter-g before trust me there is something about it that's just different especially when you're running that feels better than the others. I would rather run on an alter-g any day of the week than just a normal treadmill. Do ya'll have anything else that keeps runners conditioned when they're hurt that feels as good as an alter-g? Highly doubt it but ?♂️
