All your points above, which is true about everything you write about nutrition, is worthless and meaningless. The ONLY nutrient a vegan is really deficient on B12, and that can easily be obtained via vitamin pill, which tons of the non-vegan population consumes also. So what?

Anyway: A) newsflash moron, many non-meat foods have saturated fat, so a vegan could easily consume plenty if he/she wanted to, and B) high amounts of animal based sat fats absolutely raise LDL, which absolutely raise one's CVD risk. This is as absolute of a scientific statement that one could make, and yet you low carb fad diet morons deny it 'til your blue in the face. Who are the "Flat eathers" of nutrition?
