I’m not saying the human body cant eat any meat...no doubt our cecum may have evolved (shrunk) because of an ominviore diet.
Our GI tract is also a lot like many plant eaters (and certainly not like carnivores).
Again “keto” is simply a starvation /survival mechanism. Times has changed though. We are facing expontential human population growth and climated change. We can farm more efficiently.
All these low carb hight fat diets seem more like modern “fad diets”.
Veganism has been going on for hundreds of years. Tubers, corn, rice, beans, nuts, fruits has sustained human life.
How many 80 year olds do you know who were born and raised 100% “low carb keto diet”.? There are many old and healthy born and raised vegetrains out there nowadays.
In regrards to sustainability again beef is one of the most polluting and inefficient sources of food.
All I’m saying is most people can be healthy on a plant based vegan diet....long term.
