I think I’ve alwaus built my week around 3-4 key runs:
1 track workout
1 tempo run
1 long run
Possibly a mid-week linger run.
I focus on these and the rest of the week are additional mileage without a focused outcome. These are the runs where stopping doesn’t seem as critical.
