I've got multiple orders showing up as "Your package is on its way to a USPS facility" for days after the order. I'm sure the seller shipped it. Is USPS not doing scans lately? I see the same issue on twitter.

Ok I have to chime in here.
First of all the Usps tracking isn’t real tracking so i wouldn’t count on it. As an online retailer i use it mainly because it’s affordable. I also create shipping labels 2-3 days before we ship if we don’t have inventory. If you have to have it in 2 days order it Prime. I would also suggest having some patience as a small retailer it is impossible to live up to Prime or the big box guys. We try our best but it is impossible.
I often have people order products on a Saturday and can’t figure out why they didn’t deliver on Monday.

No excuse. Create the shipping labels when you ship. 4 days now and still "awaiting shipment", but I'll stay patient until a week after because it's gone from "awaiting shipment" to delivered the same day in the past because they aren't scanning it on acceptance.

Wow...amazing that someone actually expects efficiency from a government agency...especially one that is bankrupt and should be privatized.
If you don’t mind your packages being tossed, kicked, smashed and mutilated the UPS is right for you.
FedEx is best and USPS does a good job too. FedEx has started using USPS for some home deliveries.
UPS is consistently sloppy and the packages always look like they do their best to try to damage what their shipping. I avoid UPS whenever I can
Don't have a twitter account to complain asked: USPS tracking. Anyone having issues?
those guys don't know squat about tracking. my neighbour lost her dog yesterday and USPS couldn't track it for diddly. they lost the trail right at the end of the front garden path.
Seriously? You print shipping labels for products that you don't even have in inventory? So can we assume you are charging the customer for inventory that you don't have? WTF.
And we then wonder why Bezos is able to crush all of his competition. You "try your best" by printing shipping labels for products you don't even have in stock. SMH.
I would say "doubt it", but considering your apparently less-than-transparent business practices, I really can't doubt this last bit. Most online retailers are pretty upfront about their shipping speed and delivery expectations, such that a customer can decide if that works for them. You? Well, you print shipping labels for products you don't even have in stock! Think about what you are saying.
Say, what is the name of your business? Just curious.
Problems related to tracking it's pretty bad if you are asking me. I have ordered myself something from Asia and I had to wait months for it without having any tracking number or anything related to that. At one point, I had almost given up and decided to cancel the order, but I've decided to give it another try. Nowadays I am using https://www.mactrans.ca/our-services-toronto-montreal/less-than-truckload-ltl/ for my packages. It's better than USPS if you are asking me. The faster they deliver, the better the company. I cannot even remember how many problems I've had with delivering issues haha
"Let me tell you something about zipcodes ... they're meaningless". Same with USPS tracking info.
