Well, Northfield finished 6th in the mile, 6th in the 3k, and 6th in the 5k. By my best estimates, that equates to 666. I cannot say what this means until I consult salt tray tomorrow and return with the prophecy.

To be fair they did increase the field size from 16 to 20 qualifiers this year, so more people from the MIAC qualifying is not as impressive.
Way to pull away from the fact that three people from the MIAC were all- Americans. Lol. Sorry you couldn’t make it
My money is on the guy "pulling away from the fact" might actually be pretty good
The Lonergan/Wachter/Gustafson 1500 battles are going to be lit this outdoor season. All three have improved substantially this winter
Watchter for the W!

Lonergan leapfrogged him by about 10 seconds in two weeks. You think Wachter has a shot against him outdoors? On what merit?
I'll bet you a beer and a blucy Lonergan ends up ahead of Karl.
3? I count 11
400: Klamm-5th
Mile: Lonergan-6th
3k: Mueller-6th
5K: Wilkinson-6th
4x4: Monroe, Erickson, Metz, Klamm-5th
LJ: Span-4th
WT: Holst-1st
WT: Dols-7th
I'd never been to the east coast before, but Boston was a good place to start...can't wait to go to Ohio
I'll take that beer and a blucy when Watcher ends up ahead of Lonergan in the 1500m!
FYI: Watcher is the top returner in the 1500m from last year's MIAC (Watcher 3:54.75 & Lonergan 3:55.39)
How has everyone forgotten steeple in their predictions?
MIAC should definitely have two All-Americans this year between Wilkinson and Rosenau.
1. Wilkinson
2. Rosenau
3. Furcich

So Rosenau is a god of Northfield by conquest then?
Who’s excited to see the hamline invitational? Always some good talent/performances that get pulled in there. Couple team USA MN guys, couple D2 guys, should be decent.
Also pumped to see some steeple action. Rosenau + Wilkinson off of a good indoor season will be interesting.
who is all there??
I guess there could be a new indoor MIAC champ in 2021 if this goes through.
Thoughts?

I guess this is mostly a football issue, but can we all just agree that our conference is great the way it is for Cross country and Track? Especially this year the conference has been very competitive

Classic liberal scheme to make sure everyone gets a trophy
It's looking like we're going to get pounded with an April snowfall (up to 12 inches Wed-Thur), any chance races don't get cancelled this weekend??
Hopefully we will finally get some good races in this week at UST and Lacrosse on Thurs and Carleton on Sat. Still looking for big performances from Mueller, Lonergan, and others. Some of the guys who ran at Hamline should be able to put up some better times if the weather and racing conditions are good. I'd predict we see Tris Dodge, Mueller, and Wilkinson all put up a qualifying time in the 10k if they run it at LAX, but not sure what events each will look to focus on this season
Anyone have results for the thomas mchugh twilight?
