The 3-peat by NAU got me wondering what are some long state title streaks for high school cross country? Current or historical.

Idk about other states, but beaver river from Ny has the class D boys recorded with nine years I believe. For girls FM won every state championship from like 2006 to this year. The longest current streak is probably burnt hills with three class B championships in a row.
Texas: Luling just had their streak of eight broken two weeks ago. Idk how many Southlake Carroll/The Woodlands have mounted together at one time, but neither come close to Luling.

Thank God
Maria Hauger won the girls individual state title in class AA in Minnesota 4 years in a row from 9th through 12th grade 2009-2012
I would have to think that York HS in Illinois has the longest streak. They've won a lot of championships over the years.
In North Carolina, Cardinal Gibbons HS in Raleigh has won the title almost every year since 1999.

Hmm, Tornillo? SA Cole?
My team, Belle Chasse High of Louisiana just won it's third consecutive state 4A win and Sacred Heart did the same for girls
The girls' team at Blacksburg HS won seven straight state XC championships in VA, but they were denied an eighth when they finished second to Loudoun Valley HS by four point just over a week ago. No idea what the consecutive record streak is in VA, though.
North Central from Spokane, Washington had a streak of 11 state titles before their streak ended last year.
In that time they had won NXN once, and had multiple top 10 team performances
Not sure about high school state champs, but for NCAA D1 streaks spanning 3 or more consecutive wins after 1970 we have:
UTEP: 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981
Arkansas: 1998, 1999, 2000; also 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993
2-in-a-row is nothing special, but 3-streaks and 4-streaks are phenomenal. 5-streaks haven't happened yet.
York boys had streak of six (1989-1994) and two streaks of five (1980-1984, 2002-2006)
In Georgia, Marist’s girls have won 11 in a row in the 4A classification.

Nothing special! Yeah, like winning 3 suddenly enters the realm of "phenomenal"? Two in a row is phenomenal, if that word is to be applied to any winning streak. To me, winning even one is a tremendous team accomplishment -- winning a national championship...the best of the best. Pretty darn special, even if for only one year!
In Michigan, the longest current streak belongs to the ladies from Mt Pleasant Sacred Heart Academy. They just won their fourth straight title in the state’s smallest classification.
Historically, I believe the record is 5 straight shared by the Charlevoix boys (87-91) and Dexter boys (02-06).

Read about us. Al Gore created the interwebz just so you can learn about our incredible program. We win MOC every year in NJ. Everyone else just stumbles on each other. We own the world.
I’m from a division that goes up to 250-300 kids I believe (we have like 130-40 and are on the lower end), but we just capped off our 5th consecutive and look to be in good position to win it again next year. Our girls team had 9 in a row at one point but now just clown around and luckily squeezed a 4th place
Gillette (Campbell County) Girls won 12 in a row in Wyoming from 1995-2006
North Central in Spokane, Washington had an 11-year winning streak for the 3A classification. They had their streak ended last year, 2017.
Mead in Spokane, Washington had a 10-year winning streak at one mount in the 4A classification, I think?
