Ignorant moron wanna be Coach. See clam head.
What details do we have on this? How bad is it? Is it likely we see her at State or not a chance? Anyone know?

Yes, she may be out for the season.
This is why you sign a pro contract when everything is clicking.
Touhy and Lane both out for the rest of the season? I guess I’ll have to focus on the real race of Cole Sprout vs. Easton Allred.

lol, stalker.
Not surprising that competitive high schoolers overdo it. Part of the process of learning how much is enough and how much is too much.

LOL? That looks archaic lol
Hopefully they are just being cautious and she’ll be back running full force in a few days

Should've been the focus all season.
While Milesplit was fawning again over Touhy, or dissing Sprout again crowning everybody except Sprout in performance of the week,
hardly anyone noticed Sprouts 197 speed rating last week, or Super-jv stud Easton Alfred's beating an entire D2 field, unattached, in 24:xx three weeks ago.
....About Touhy
Frickin t-rarded coach.
Stupid schedule. Meaningless course records.
Overtrained, over raced nonsense.
Pure, unadulterated Coach-spray.
Hope he didn't give her a forever ailment with his "I'm a Super-Coach" bullchit.
Talent like Touhy's doesn't need much coaching.
Just get the phuk out of the way, and don't hurt her, Coach Douchbag!

You realize athletes get injured sometimes, right?

Wow, that was deep. Athletes get injured sometime, I'll have to remember that one.

Since her team qualified the coach can sub her in if he wants
Was told by a NR parent that KT did 2 days of pool running this week then tried a little run on the 3rd day and had to stop before 800 it was too painful
I meant Katelyn Tuohy, I shouldn't being saying KT, that's not what her name is. I like to sound KOOOL sometimes.

Good boy. You'll look less ignorant. ;-)
No one questions the talent of these phenoms especially not Tuohy who seems to be super talented. But I have been pretty critical of all these youngsters running faster and faster and sadly have been proven right more often than not as several have failed to navigate successful college or pro careers.
A minor injury right now might give the indication on Tuohy. If she returns mostly to form whenever she comes back then it's clear she is good right now mainly based on talent and an average(average for Cross Country runner means very good) work ethic. If she struggles at all then the question has to be is she as good as she is right now mainly on talent or on working very very hard. Cause when they work very very hard sometimes small bumps become big bumps and so on.
Eitherway she is only a Junior and with good coaching and parenting there shouldn't be anything stopping her from a D1 scholarship.

Do tell.....I've got an average of 13 races thus far this X-C season for female athletes in N.Y. and Pa. while Touhy's done 7 (most of which have been purported 'hard workouts' or hard tempos).
