I told them already, honey.
I said, "guh...guh...guh......Tuohy's hurt!......guh...guh...guh..."
Then they gave me my 50 cents and left.
Meatloaf for dinner tonight. And make sure you clean your room!
LOL, you are apparently too stupid to realize it is inane comments like yours that adds to the length of these threads. BTW I never post under a different alias.
So she’s not a robot, after all!
Does anyone know how many MPW she was running?
What are chances North Rockland qualifies for State without her?
100% LOL, already tweeted by Milesplit that they won section 1 class A today w/o Tuohy, have not seen times or places yet
Wonder if she’ll run state race next week. Even Tuohy without any training would probably win.

NR's #2 through #5 (normally 3-6) ran in a 10 second pack, about 1:00 behind regular #2 Haleigh Morales, going 2-8-9-10-11.
And their still not going to Portland. lol
So no racing until Regionals?
She can't run in states and qualifying for the Federation Meet comes from States plus each Section gets 2 auto births.

Her team qualified.

Her team qualified.
Since her team qualified the coach can sub her in if he wants
Was told by a NR parent that KT did 2 days of pool running this week then tried a little run on the 3rd day and had to stop before 800 it was too painful

LOL, give it a rest Francis. Ignore the comments and move on. To respond by calling others stupid just puts you below all of those who disagree with you, which is their right. For the record, you do seem a tad obsessed. I'd say you're being trolled but have yet to figure it out.
LOL if you are quoting from Stripes, it is "Lighten up Francis"

What a loser. You live on this thread, it's your life---it literally consumes you. Every post gets under your thin old man skin and eats away at you and your slow moving body. This, yes this thread, IS WHAT DEFINES YOU! I bet you're a liberal, correct?

Oooofff that’s not good at all... She probably wont race State or Feds then.
Hate to say it, but it's pretty clear that running all those course records was a bad idea. It was totally unnecessary and wore her down.
Hopefully she bounces back quickly, her coach really dropped the ball.
Hindsight = ??
Does anyone know if it had been bothering her for a while and got progressively worse? Or did she tweak it during a run this week?
