Isn't that super high percentage, for so early in a marathon? Or did I misunderstand....
Why do these idiots keep saying there are 3 waves? There are 4. Yes, there's a lot more to complain about, but do a little homework, please
Okay, the women's pack has separated a little bit. Linden has put in a surge, running mile 10 in 5:31 and now there are nine women in the front pack -- Linden, Cheruiyot, Rahma Tusa, Mamitu Daska, Keitany, Huddle, Flanagan, Lisa Weightman, Netsanet Gudeta.

Not really. Where do you expect to run a marathon "in percentage"?
They finally show show the men's wheel chair winner. Congrats to the young fella from Chicago. 2 Major wins now

I think the 164 is not her max heart rate in the sense that her heart could not beat faster than 164bpm, but rather that her average heart rate is 156 but it's been as high as 164.
you have no idea about the HR of a pro, right? the fact that they almost run at threshold?

Ssshhhh. Go abuse some boys.
I thought so too. The 153 must have just been her fastest heart rate during the race, not her HRmax.

Kinda weird that 2:24:30 pace is a surge in this race.
Apparently kipchoge is in this race according to Jon Anderson. #racist.
Mary grabbing normal cups of gatorade, a bad sign?

153 is the average she has run so far, with a peak of 164....
Keitany drops three water cups
No American men in the top 10!
Kitata still teasing the field keeping a few strides in front.
Kitata's technique is hideous
