Lance was a pro triathlete prior to his cancer diagnosis so I have little doubt that he could cut it against some of the world's top runners and/or swimmers.
Do you mean aerobic power where you state anaerobic power? If that is the case, then they are comparable to runners really (Pre and Lance have been measured at virtually the same VO2max values--both mid 80s). Rumors of Lance hitting 90 have yet to be substantiated.
