So I used to never drink coffee, then I drank basic white gurl lattes, but now I drink black coffee.
Anyway, I probably drink it maybe 3 times a week. Usually before workout days.
Well anyway, we had a really hard workout today; 3.5 mile tempo and 4 x 1 mile (interval miles...)
And after that I felt like sh!t. I had the runs, my stomach hurt, I was hot, I was cold, I wanted to die. Was about to start a “Go Fund Me.” It’s been a couple hours after the workout and I still have the runs.
Anyway, could this be from over coffee consumption? Or just coffee consumption in general? Coffee and really hard workout? I had 20oz black coffee 1 ish before the workout. I ate a banana with it.
My grandparents started letting me sip their coffee in early childhood, maybe 6 or 7, I was very young. By 10 or 11 I'd always ask for a cup, and by 13 I was drinking coffee before school. I am 31 now and couldn't imagine life without a cup. As long as I've been drinking it though, I can't drink it at night, and don't take it past 2 cups a day.
