Fell for the hype and ordered 2 "nightmare burgers" last night. Ate the first and almost finished the second. Washed it all down with a sprite. Anyway, I had a super vivid nightmare where I was trapped at some kind of high school without any clothes on. Then I was being chased by the school bully who seemed intent on chopping me up. It sucked and I woke up in a hot sweat and may have crapped my pants a little. I wasn't expecting to have a real nightmare at all, and definitely not a crazy serious one. Makes me worried to go to sleep tonight. Can I sue BK and get some type of settlement? Or at least sue for some free food due to my distress?
I ate Burger King's new "nightmare burger" for dinner last night. Sure enough, had a horrible nightmare... can I sue?

Read the fine print. That's their guarantee. -
Where did you get one? I thought roll-out was 22Oct?
What geographical market are you in? -
It's called a nightmare burger for a reason eh?

Some rich idiots sued Ovation Brands for food poisoning at one of their Wyoming buffets. Now Hometown Buffets and Old Country Buffets are closing all over the country. How am I gonna do my pre-race carb loading now? Sue the suers. Lawsuit America ftw.

You can sue for anything in America. Whether you can win is another story.

The naked at school was a frequent dream for me. Usually someone gave me a pair of pants, but somehow I had lost all coordination and couldn't get them on. This was long before the "nightmare burger" was invented. -
you can't sue them for the nightmare but you can claim the burger sexually assaulted you and get something out of that.

I heard these things turn your poop vivid green/blue. Please post an update when possible.
Thank you.
