Need a Coach wrote:
I am a 16 year old boy and because of the area I live in and the way the school system works I do not have a coach for track and cross country. I would like to go under 10:00 in the 2 mile and under 4:40 in the mile for. What website/online coach would be the best option for me?
Thanks
Hey OP- This is Jordan, owner/founder of RunDoyen. We'd love to help get you find the coach. Essentially, we don't believe that there is any individual coach or training plan that is best for everyone so we'd love to learn more about you to help you find the right fit.
As someone mentioned prior, we do have Alan Webb on our team but unfortunately now that he is also coaching at Portland State, he is unable to take on any High School aged runners (due to NCAA rules). With that said, we have quite a few highly accomplished runners and coaches who would love to help. Check out our team here:

We integrate with Final Surge as our training log for workouts/communication and also have integrated video chat scheduling where you'll be able to book time directly on your coach's calendar each week to discuss/review training on a regular basis.
Anyways, feel free to drop us a line and we'll be happy to help you find the right coach:
