They must have been considering staying long term when purchasing this home. 1.8 is a lot for lots so small you're able to see inside your neighbors homes. Also, No! to all that carpet, for that price I want hardwood/tile throughout.

Bought for 1.7 5 years ago so not a great investment. Been on the market since April too so price may go down further. Also no gym? And cinema room needs work..walls need to be darker, and better posters.
