However. This is a very different case. Something like 57 women came forward in this particular case. Some were already famous women who had absolutely nothing to gain.

Choosing to make statements such as 'how will we ever know that they weren't willingly taking the drugs' when you are talking about date-rape isn't skepticism nor is it viewing things from a neutral place.

It is knowingly choosing to be ignorant to the facts that have been presented.

Surprised by some of the comments on here.

I absolutely do not believe that an elderly person should be given leniency for crimes committed in their youthful years.

I never said he should get no prison time. I’m saying given loss ofreputation, heavy financial losses, the fact that at 81 he’s unlikey to reoffend the sentence is heavy handed. He’s done, broken with no coming back. And given all the ‘Steins’ walking around free one can’t help but wonder if race was a factor here because those people will llikely get no time.

I don't even care if he assaulted her. Once she accepted a bribe to let it go then it should have been done. Funny all these women had plenty of motive to do what he wanted and got benefits from keeping it secret and now they want to call him out.

I see arguments that are nearly psychotic, that I see nowhere else.

"How do we know the victims didn't want to get abused, or murdered, or whatever?"

What kind of people argue like that?

Whut about the 50 women that never came forward until after the media echo chamber began burying us in the story in 2016 that Cosby had been drugging and raping dozens of women throughout the 1960 thru 1980s? Don't forget this did not begin with any woman going to the police, it began solely in the media.

All very choreographed. Have seen this time and time again (think of Blago a few years back, Sal Dimase in Boston -- anyone the ruling elites either want out of their way of whom they want to destroy for some personal agenda).

MSM echo chamber begins smear if targeted individual. No case can be made against him but then -- suddenly -- a new "victim" within the statute appears in the media. Trial is held -- no conviction. Go back to 2nd trial where the rule of law is tossed out ("victims" from decades ago long past the statue of limitations has run out allowed to testify) and the bosses get their conviction. Judge then slams the poor sucker with an overly harsh sentence and then sends him immediately to prison during the appeals process -- because this blind and crippled 81 year old is a "danger to the public".

Wake up folks. All a pack of lies.

Meanwhile the real predators walk free.
