He is forever condemned to putting away the machine and moving his body around the way nature intended, and that's good. He also seems to have gone prematurely grey.

Is there a correlation between testosterone use and going grey early???

Loser in life that helped generate $500 million to cancer research and save millions of lives? What did you do?
"Cancer awareness" not "cancer research", basically just promotion of the livestrong brand. Few outside the boardroom saw any of that money.

Looks a lot fitter than his marathon training days when he was a good 20 -25 pounds heavier than his cycling weight.
LA was a calculating Ahole and I’m glad he got busted . He was a very good cyclist on the sauce ( like many) but in the end he got it . Treated everyone like $hit ! God , what a loser in life
As a pure sportsman, Lance hates dopers, hence his resentment. But when in Rome..

Both men are 5'10'' yet Lance appears several inches taller because he's standing on a higher rock. How was Whitfield able to take that crap like this?
Indeed Whitfield has demonstrated great restraint by not instructing his attorneys to construct a gigantic lawsuit againt Lance. Perhaps only because Whitfield has no expectation of receiving the millions that should be (no doubt) due to him for this personal loss.

Listen I love Lance. The dude has balls, he is a Texan to the core;) The tours he competed in were entertaining unlike these last years crap, Sagan excepted... I was even sporting the Nike Livestrong band long before it became trendy, even though I strongly (like 95% positive) suspected that he was doping... Hell, I had to endure the BS of my 'naive' cycling buddies who thought he was the second coming of Jesus Christ... Idiots, luckily long gone!!!
But, Livestrong as a foundation was about cancer awareness first and foremost. That's where most money went... Not so much for research. Initially yes, they did donate, but stopped after a few years... You want to donate to cancer research, donate to American Cancer Institute;)

He's pushing 50. Did you seriously think he could still compete with 30-something pro triathletes like Guy? No amount of previous doping turns back the clock.
He was not too long ago at 40 pus.

When would you consider a normal age for going grey?

Nearly fell out of my chair today when I was talking to our ad sales guy and asking him how the swim run even the puts on went and he told me Lance Armstrong competed along with Olympic triathlon champ Simon Whitfield.

The shocking part. You have an ad sales guy. You actually care about traffic, despite your mod who haphazardly deletes threads and drives traffic away.
'The dude has balls'
Plural.... really?
Good for him that he is staying fit and finding productive things to do in that he enjoys.
I heard an interview with him on NPR over the summer. He admits that he was a huge jerk attacking his detractors. What he feels most bad about is letting down his supporters, who felt betrayed in the end of it all. He talks about a woman who worked for years at Livestrong who said she felt "complicit" in his lies. He called that his "come to Jesus" moment when he finally got why people were so upset with him.
Glad to see he is out their moving, training, and racing, and doing things to be happy.
I've said a couple of times on here that you should check out his podcasts, "The Forward" where he interviews "interesting people" and "The Move" where he does commentary on events like the Tour de France. They have helped me regain respect for him. I believe he truly realizes he did not handle himself correctly back in the day.

You got me there... ROTFLMAO... I almost forgot, only one left... LOL
Who is that Lance guy?
I remember a controversial wannabe ultrarunner who got eventually kicked out of the sport.

He should take up the marathon. I'm sure he'll feel right at home.

That's what I was thinking.
It does sound like he's not broke after losing all those sponsorship deals and legal issues.
Letsrun, where rapists can be presidents and join the SCOTUS, but dopers must be miserable and excommunicated for life.

Lance was a physiological freak in more ways than one. He was born with three testicles.
Two of them were the size of oranges but the other one was a great big bugger.
