Run a sub 2 h marathon on the track.
Kipchoge is the GOAT already but to spice his legacy, he should try to go after Geoffrey Mutai's New York course record (2:05:06) which is believed by many to be worth a sub 2:03 marathon. Geoffrey's time is more than 1 min 22 seconds faster than the second best time ever on that course(2:06:28) by Emmanuel Mutai in 2011. No one has broken 2:07 since. Race organizers should pay him $500,000 just to try and should he break it, they should pay him another $500000 for a cool 1 million dollars payday.

1) I hope he'll be in good form to try for a repeat Olympic gold, which would place him with Bekele as the only other athlete to win repeats golds (and no, I've not forgotten about Cierpinski).
What?
Double date with Jamin.
Marshfield Road Runner's New Year's Day Marathon
Kipchoge could probably go after a spartan race now.
Ultimate goal:
Finally beat David Mtu Kutania in a training workout.
:O
He needs to run a marathon with a hill in it.

So a comrades and Boston double?

I don't count Cierpinski, who was a known doper as part of East Germany's program. Though when you eliminated him, it would get Shorter a second gold for '76, so there would technically still be two repeat gold medalists at the Marathon.
Either way, a double Olympic gold for Kipchoge would be a great goal.

That's all speculation. Y'all hate on him because he beat Frank Shorter.

Waldemar Cierpienski was the greatest marathon competitor of his time.
He was NOT a doper, but only alleged to be one based on spurious reports by Frank Shorter,
Seriously, like the German government would divulge their secrets to Frank Shorter. No, they would not.

Oh lordy, what kind of time do you suppose he could run at Comrades? Could he break 5 hours?
Lol. He will probably win, that's true. But only because he is EK and seems to know how to pace himself. Most other world class marathoners wouldn't make the top 100 at Comrades.
As for the time, 5 hours is ridiculous, but I'd love to see what he can do. We'll never find out though.

1. Bekele does not have double gold in the marathon. Not even one.
2. If you count other disciplines, there are probably a hundred double gold medalists. Usain Bolt, Haile,...
3. There are however some double gold medalists in the marathon: Zatopek, Bikila, Shorter/Cierpinski.
4. Cierpinski is a doper and that is a proven fact from the published Eastern German training programs that came out after the fall of the wall. I'm German but even we admit so much.
5. We don't know if Shorter was a doper as well.
