When will Kipchoge start acting his age? Crazy to think Tadese is already 1:30 down!

so kipchoge and kipsang run the scheduled times. the women not, they are clearly behind the record.
Dibaba’s arm swim is too damn aggressive. She is expending too much energy.
I don’t feel confident.
Dibaba, Gladys Cherono, Ruti Aga, and Ethiopian Helen Tola all pass 10k in 32:44.
That's very fast (2:18:08 pace) but nowhere close to WR pace. Probably smart.

Yes, if you expend too much energy when you´re swimming you can drown.

Nein worken.
LOL at kipchoge's face as he's waiving his pace makers to get in front of him to break wind
Eliud just motioned to the pacemakers to get closer together in front of him to break more of the wind for him. They did.
Did the NOP figure out that's the best drafting configuration, as opposed to directly behind a single pacer?
Sammy Kitwara, who was expected to be the last pacemaker standing (58:48 half, 2:04:28 marathon) did not even make it 15 kilometers.
The pacers have repeatedly been spreading apart and Kipchoge has had to beckon them to stay tighter together to help block the wind.
Kipsang back 22 seconds at 15K. 2:02:45 pace for Kipchoge
Pacer with the odd-one-out blue shoes is out. One of the two pacers left for Kipchoge doesn't look so good.
Another 14:37 for 5k for Kipchoge, bringing him to 15k at 43:38.
That's 2:02:44 pace, but Kipchoge's second and third 5k splits (14:37) are both actually slightly behind WR pace (14:34). He's still ahead overall because he banked time with a fast first 5k.
And we're now down to just one pacemaker!
Are we seriously already down to one pace maker before 16k?
Looks like he's down to one pacemaker after 46 minutes?
Only one pacesetter left at 15K?
