Hey..i don't want this to sound like something in the runners world shitty boards. But I need some advice on what "real runners vs. those on runners world/cool running boards" eat for meals and snacks. I am constantly on the go from training to working at a running store, training.. ok so post what you guys eat...I average 40-60 mpw and need to lose 5-8 pounds 5"8 and 133..need to be 125-128 to race well. ok enough is enough...post with advice. Thanks
