One course record pace as well.
Good read on the shape he is in heading into the Chicago marathon in October

Yes, this could become very interesting if Sir Mo holds this together. Looking very strong here.
Keep any updates that you may have coming!
5km in 13:55
10km in 28:10
It's a 21km run, seems on pace for under 60 mins.
Through 10 miles in ~45 mins.
Robertson / Sir Mo shoot out now...
Robertson hang in but now broken! Go Sir Mo!!
Mile 12 @ 4:25. This is going to be good...
What was his overall time at mile 12??
59:25.
Just outside PB. Windy last few KM. Good run though.
Robertson in a nice 59:58 for a PB.
Mo finishes in 59:24 just outside his PB
59:26. Robertson 31 seconds back.
Mo Looks fit.
First time I have ever seen him not lying down on his back exhausted after a race. He's up, walking around. Seems to have his breath back.
Fauble in 62:19ish, Vail a second later. Both PB's.
What drugs does he use? Left overs from Paula?
That was impressive. Net downhill course but that continual slight climb ~ 9-11 followed by exposed to the wind sea-front finish must hard. Looked v blustery, would be interesting to know if that helped or hindered overall.

Yes it looked reasonably windy, even Mo looked shot over the last mile. When he hit the coast road man he was flying, his stride is massive. I'd say Mo is in better shape than London's 2:06, 2:05. Rupp's sitting at home going, "Oh sh!t"

I doubt Rupp's sitting at home worrying about Mo - he's probably more likely sitting at home keeping an eye on the Chicago weather forecast and deciding if he's injured.

Wow, let's state the obvious about Mo's shape "afterwards" and then try to sound like it's a new revelation! You're incredible man!

Sir Mo confirms the wind did not help at all at the end:-
"Just coming into that headwind it was so tough, I wasn't going smooth, I was going up and down. I honestly thought I could beat my personal best today, but those last two miles really hurt."
Just puts a little more context in that 59:26. Sir Mo is on course for further greatness!
