Unless you live in a country that has no food culture and you put pulled pork, bacon, icecream, nachos, steak, chocolate and beer on your pizza, there's nothing wrong with it.
Many of my favorite things are above. But if nothing is wrong with pizza. What's wrong with nachos? Cheese, tortilla chips, veggies and a meet of your choice.
I remember in high school going to 7-11 and a lady stopped me and said "oh my god you're going to have to tell me what you eat (because I was so skinny)." I had never thought about it before, "whatever I want." I then went and left with a slurpee.
Yeah, as Ed Eyestone says, the best diet is 100 miles a week.
When I'm in a big training cycle, I feel hungry almost all the time. It is honestly hard to eat enough without getting sick of food. Same for drinking water.
As far as pizza goes, I think a homemade pizza is a great healthy food option! Veggies, cheese, tomato sauce, and a little meat on bread is nicely balanced. It is unhealthy when you get it from Pizza Hut or Little Ceasar's where it is so greasy.
