I understand that many runners over here take their interval workouts easy with plenty left in the tank. However, if you really tried to test yourself it would be possible to run this workout at about 10 k race pace. This would put the OP around 36 min, just a bit better than his 17:40 5 k and just in line with a 1:20 half marathon. But I have seen many runners new to the sport missing the half marathon times their 5 and 10 k PR's indicated by 5 or even 10 min, because they did not do adequate half marathon training. In your case I can see high mileage and regular long runs, only thing missing might be steady state/tempo runs in which you really hold a high effort for 45 or 60 min. You posted a 57 min 15 k, which is a good effort in this regard, but how often do you do something like that?
