let me ask YOU this rek, please if you CAN explain how a DRUG, created to trick the HUMAN body into making more EPO than was EVER natural for the body.....works for 99.9% untrained and trained people, but somehow some f*cking magically thing keeps it from working on .1% of the WORLDS population?
can you please come up with some concrete logical with PROOF on how that is besides your interpritation on what you THINK renato is talking about.
You need to use a more specific verb than "works".
Natural or synthetic EPO triggers the production of red blood cells. I suppose this "works" on 100% of the people.
With respect to improving performance, I never said it would fail to "work", but would follow some model of diminishing return.
At some point, too many red blood cells would create viscous blood, hindering the delivery of oxygen, and the removal of CO2.

The suspense is driving me crazy! ? Is it going to be a couple of Kalalei-type runners or some brand name, top of the line athletes like Kiprop? ?

My betting is on Korir being one of them.
Something odd about him wanting desperately to break one of the iconic WRs in Birmingham when he still hasn't gotten within a second of it before. I mean, has anyone else ever even tried to break a record in Brum?

I don't think that's a sure bett...because didn't he just race last weekend at Birmingham and the report says two more Kenyans have been busted? (wouldn't he have been notified of any positive and be prohibited from competing?). One possibility, IMO, could be the Kenyan that took down Jebet's WR a few months ago. If Jebet's WR was doped, which is highly possible now given her recent positive for EPO, I have a hard time believing that a clean athlete could beat a doped WR.

Are you now saying rEPO is effective in improving performance with elite athletes?

You two think you are very clever, don't you? And funny...
Well...
Maybe you are not clever enough to realize that m!ndweak is an anonymous moron, that I am talking to him as an anonymous poster and that the two of you are as anonymous as the two of us.
As for Renato, m!ndweak is accusing a man we can identify, if someone wants to cause him harm because of m!ndweak's accusations, they can find him, and Renato can't do the same.
So yes, m!ndweak is a coward when he addresses Renato anonymously in the terms he does.
The two of you? Morons.
sorry your so but hurt that i dont buy this "EPO doesnt work" bullsh*t
i dont care that you think im a coward. your worse of a coward since your not even a registered user, and mouthing off all self righteously.
two more kenyans are getting popped, renato is mum on it, rek is mum, the brojos are mum and you would rather insult me as if im worse of a problem than KENYANS doping their balls off.
you want to know who i am? or are you some renato disciple that is on here trying to protect him and want my real name so you can try and cyber bully me to the max? like what diff does it make if YOU know who i am?
kenyans are and have been DOPING on EPO for years. and for years it was told to all of us "no they dont even take asprin" and now the reality is being shown and its waaaaay worse than most ever thought. but you want to insult me?
your like the trump supporter that refuses to see the bullsh*t that man does, and rather insult everyone and everything else but the ROOT problem.
can you try to explain how i am the problem and not kenyans DOPING their balls off on EPO?
again TWO more kenyans will be exposed, and from what someone said pages ago ONE of them is HIGH profile....and you think i need to be silenced? you think its your destiny to insult me and get the heat off of RENATO and the kenyan deniers?
you want to know why i go after renato? its simple, he has been pushing this "kenyans dont take asprin, so they would never dope" lie since well FOREVER. so when kenyans keep getting busted and he keeps changing what he says about EPO, it shows that he is an accomplice to the PROBLEM, but you think insulting me is the thing to do?
with the brojos being spineless about this whole thing it really makes me wonder.....where is rosa? why is he silent? why has NO ONE gotten on his a$$ since kiprop being busted? nope the brojos just keep all this as low bottom feeder as if track and field is doing fine....what happens when these TWO kenyans names finally drop and its beatrice? or potatoe planting tim? or KIPCHOGE? still insult me? or would you and rek and the others who are so full of hate towards me have to finally sit back and ask "man why did i believe renato for so long, man i look like a fool now"
after finding those links which im sure you didnt read, but if you did you can see that 1st generation run of the mill EPO only has a glow period of 6-9 HOURS.....kiprop was informed a few days prior and was STILL GLOWING....which means he was on a 2nd generation version of EPO similar to CERA, which has a glow of 130-140 HOURS, that is 5.8 days. when you REALIZE that you realize that, the doping he was doing was a bit more sophisticated than is being lead on. when he said in the interview that he didnt really inject himself with EPO he was being truthful....SOMEONE else was injecting him lolz
but go ahead, insult, cuss, talk sh*t, verbally threaten me.... that wont stop the next to kenyans names from being EXPOSED, nor will it stop them from getting busted. and eventually rosa will have to show his face, and eventually renato will have to admit what we are all realizing...EPO and kenyans = WRs
Excellent point!
Not just now. I've said many times "diminishing return" and "not more than 1% at the top". Are you now reading my words for the first time? People attribute wrong words and ideas to me, so don't be fooled.

Faith and wishful thinking.
I guess that varies individually and even within the individual depending on things like blood volume and plasma shift. I was asked to explain why EPO wouldn't work in some cases -- and excess blood viscosity is one reason. I prefer talking about performance than blood -- yet I'm surprised at this point you seem to know so little about blood.

umm no i dont want to go through that painful stupidity ever again...now stop trying to hijack this thread with your self proclaimed magna opus ...
we are WAITING for the TWO KENYAN runners who are busted...one of them is supposed to be a HIGH PROFILE...WHO IS IT!?!?!?!?!?!
