Structurally sound, robust immune system, extremely healthy in every way.
I think Herschel Walker may have that body right now. I wouldn’t necessarily want to look like him (quite big) but he is incredibly healthy and apparently eats once per day. A salad and some chicken. He weighs about 225 of solid muscle. How he maintains that physique off so little food seems to define physical laws. But there you go.
I’d settle for having his gut flora!
He does it with that there "celltech".
Usain Bolt circa 2008-20009.

He maintains it by eating enough calories in that one sitting (probably 2500-3500 depending on activity level). I read he eats soup, salad, and bread, and sometimes chicken. Easy enough to make a creamy soup, a salad covered in high calorie dressing with plenty of calorie-dense toppings (cheese, nuts, avocado, etc.), and a dense bread (preferably dipped in olive oil) and get to the desired calorie level. I'm not sure how my stomach would take that but probably not so well at first.

I have my dream body. 6'2" 180lbs and shredded as hell. If I want to drop 10lbs to run faster it's easy. Just tweak my intake

Her hips are too wide.
My own, but not so easily injured.
pretty much Bruce Lee type body. Light,Fast,Powerful and other worldly quickness. Maybe 10 to 15 pounds of pure muscle heavier though.
The body of an elite open-class 400m runner.

Not emaciated or wasted, and not super muscular either. No need to obsess over one's body image unless something's seriously wrong, like if you're shaped like a balloon due to morbid obesity.
Trey Hardee’s body. Lean, athletic, but still badass and can run fast.
Solinsky's build would be good for me, much more so if I could run anything like that. I'm not far off in height/weight (about same BMI) but don't look nearly as athletic/well trained.

I wish I was around 5’7ish, about 18-21% body fat with a fairly muscular hourglass figure (I am female) with lean, smooth muscles. Not completely ripped though because I feel like taking it too far gives a rough sort of look.
Right now I am about 24% body fat with an hourglass/avocado shaped figure. I’m 5’1 so I look a little stumpy because I have decent muscle and fair bit of lower belly fat but on a small frame.
All bodies are beautiful though, even more beautiful when healthy
I want to be a sickknt like Zyzz brah
