Looks like she's on the Ducks roster.. that will definitely help.

Assuming there may be a few more probably transferring or decommitting due to the two big coaching changes at USF this summer.

With all these athletes transferring out of Oregon the ducks are in real trouble now. The new distance coaches won't be able to recruit like the Gary's did.

What in the heck are you smokin'? No Garys coached at Oregon. Were you thinking (sort of) about the Powells? You should forget about all this coaching drama and go back to your hobby jogging.

So Oregon added Phillipa Bowden spelling and 2 top 20 transfers I see Bowden listed on the Go Ducks rosters but can't figure out who the top 20 transfers are? any idea? thanks copy and paste here be the article

Oregon is slotted right behind them in the No. 4 spot after the squad reloaded with talent. After losing a portion of their squad to transfer and graduation, the Ducks came back with the addition of Philippa Bowden and two more top-20 NCAA transfers. The new group will be led by returners Carmela Cardama Baez (34th at NCAAs) and Jessica Hull (93rd).

maybe Isabella Brauer (sp?) and Weronika whatshername from USF? Those seem to be the most likely "top 20" transfers, following their coach from USF to Oregon.

that would be my guess since Isabella Brauer and Weronika Pyzik both got top 20 with Brauer 15th and Pyzik 5th at NCAA's but I don't see either listed on Oregon GO DUCKS roster only transfer I saw was Bowden probably just haven't updated the Cross Country rosters yet? GO DUCKS honestly those 2 plus Bowden would more then makeup for Losing Burdon and Rainsburger to Washington :)

I think me and just guessing were right i looked at the regional rankings and it had San Fran as 6th in the west clicked on them and it didn't show Brauer or Pyzik on it's roster. So Oregon lost Rainsburger 16th Burdon 21 and Pendergrast 159 and added 5th Pyzik 15 Brauer and a probably a top 20 talent in Bowden far trade off for sure :) that's 3 in the top 20 if Oregon can find a 4th and 5th i see no reason they can't give the New Mexico Women a run for the National Championship this year i think Baez and Hull will be Oregon 4th and 5th so yeah i freaking can't wait for at least the Women's team race the Oregon men will be lucky for a top 10 finish this year :(

Yeah it's clear Oregon is going to be way better than last year. Pretty funny that Rainsburger and Burdon are transferring away from the team that made them big names only to be on a much worse team. If those two stayed, Oregon would almost be guaranteed a national title in XC.

It's awfully disrespectful of them to transfer, so it serves them right that they'll miss out on all of Oregon's success.

Doesn’t matter. They aren’t beating New Mexico and likely won’t beat Colorado either

Don't be so sure that they won't beat New Mexico going on last years results and who's back assuming Bowden will be say 20th at NCAA Oregon will have 5,15,20,34 and 93 for 206 total from NCAA's last year and New Mexico will 1,7,12,85 and 105 back so 210 that' is overall place counting individuals so actually team score will be much lower for both teams also think Hull will do a lot better then 93 overall this year :) GO DUCKS not to mention Oregon now has a better Women's coach then they did last year and well years' past for that matter :) GO DUCKS and sorry for the long run on sentences kind of buzzed lol :)

And add in a 9:29 steeplechase runner in top 10 and a 9:11 3k runner top 40. This is not counting their depth that is much better than Oregon.

I guess we will find out at NCAA's :)

I am pretty sure the Don's haven't updated their roster to remove her. Oregon doesn't just list a person from another school who isn't signed to them.

Could be wayyy off base but my senses are that Isabelle Brauer could possibly have transferred as well from USF as well.

Also noticed that a huge returning mid distance talent from VA Tech is missing from their roster. She is a 800 runner so that would be a no brainer... having two different top 800 coaching options on the same team at Oregon with one of them being her former coach at VA tech.
