Geese, definitely.
Redwing blackbirds, definitely.
Dogs, definitely. And bitten 4 times, 3 times broke the skin, including during a trail marathon at around 22mi...owner let the leash slacken too much and the dog lunged and got me good.
Running in the dark, a bat came out of nowhere and flopped across my chest. Felt like someone threw a leather glove at me.
Not exactly "attacked", but followed...twice by young whitetail fawns that hopped out of the woods along the road where I was running and followed me down the road for a bit. One time for maybe 50 yds or so, the other time, quite a bit longer than that.
Never attacked by a human while running - just the classic hand gestures and catcalls - but once had a homeless guy hop in behind me and run next to me in bare feet for quite a ways, almost a mile I'd say. Just silent, never said anything, then just dropped off.
