Hey guys, I am a d3 cross country who is probably leaving the team after this season.
However, I would like not to be slowest person on the team for this next year ( not a problem in track, but in cross, more of a mid d guy) and I am very out of shape.
I had a few injuries, bronchitis, and also a general lack of motivation which has led to me being absurdly out of shape.
in season last year, I was running 50-55 mpw.
Any advice on how to proceed with training with only 3 weeks left? a way to beat myself into shape without getting injured?
