based on the 100m performance, not one guy could make the finals of the japanesee 100m natinals, or close to.
few PEDs and non-pro training gets you a 10.3 max.
put that in your racial genetics "analysis" pipe and smoke it
while not so accurate there is much smoke with this fire, video evidence.

garth bale has the basic goods for the 800 WR
You have to take that with a grain of salt, especially after what the kenyans went through with the 3 day flight delay. Under normal circumstances, he would have one.

If these are max speeds these guys are crazy slow. For reference, professional actor, comedian, and rapper Will Smith posted an instagram video the other day where he clocked 21 mph which would tie him for 5th fastest soccer player in the world...

10.25 100m gold? 1:45.2 gold for the 800? Why are Africans so slow?
If you want to watch Korir vs. Amos in the 800 final, skip to 1:04:34 in this video:
Lol, feel better about yourself now buddy?

These speeds are during matches.
So, take into account the field, shoes, defenders, the ball, change of direction, etc.

It seems the speed measured was their top speed, so defenders, the ball, and change of direction would probably be irrelevant. The data taken would probably be from short bursts with minimal obstructions.

top speed of 31.2 is a flying 30 in 3.5 seconds. I've done that.
Even averaged over 100m it's only 11.54, but they can't possibly mean average speed over 100m because then Bale would be a world elite at 9.75. At best Bale runs a 3.0 flying 30, possibly a sub 11 100m. But that makes the #10 soccer player in the world a 12 or 13 second 100m guy.
messi is on that list?! seems like he's not that fast all out, just incredibly crafty and strategic with his position
i guarantee you Mbappe is faster than almost all of those guys

With -2.1 headwind. It's basic 10'11.
Dude, Amos is fast... check his last 80m... kid can roll.. heard he was a 21-flat 200m performer in his prime, looks legit -
Did you guys notice the announcers had no clue who Amos was? Not a mention until the last 100 meters..."No one saw it coming" lol
so slow

Even with PED's that Amos and Korir use, it doesn't mean they're going to get away from a tactical mindset in a championship meet.

if you take a football player and time him on the track, it's not going to work out so well, because they're programmed for 40 meter runs on a field with mobility to go in different directions. and then have random recovery of a few seconds to half a minute, and do this for 90 minutes.
but the basic speed relative to one another on the pitch, basically the fast guys come from all groups.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4327365/Amos has an amazingly sophisticated regime.
