I'm a lucky SOB because at age 59 I have a full head of hair. No receding hairline at all and hardly any grey hair. Just a little grey here and there and some near the sideburns.
You are blessed with good hair to compensate for your butt face. The man upstairs is looking out for you.
As it has been said before, if you let the sides grow out and have nothing on the top, it looks clown like. As far as what women like, everyone is different when it comes to hairstyles. Some may not like a bald man, some might like it, and others might not care at all. What I've found out as I've aged, one thing that women all do like is success. If you have a good job, and are in good shape, you're going to be very desirable regardless of hair or lack there of.
Michael Jordan does just fine with the bald head. Hair doesn't really matter if you have a great face and are athletic.
You have drawn the wrong conclusions. I never said that hair was all you need. I said it was a differentiator. If you have a group of guys who are mostly similar in life position and status, that having hair has been something that helps get your foot in the door.
Oh course if you look like a troll or you have no job then it's no real help.
My wife of 5 years said hair is what made her notice me at a race. We bumped into each other at a later date and started talking. Rest is history.
Either you are lying, not married, and ignorant at women, or you are very stupid. Hair doesn’t play any role in a women’s choice wether to be with a man or not. You think like a man. They are women- they don’t think like that. In general the looks of a man has almost no significance to women (unless they are 13 year old girls). They check other parameters- top of the scale is money/power/fame, then self confidence, then humor, last and definitely least is looks, and in looks hair plays no role- they can get wet in a second from a bold eagle 20 years older than them who is the boss of a big company or has a lot of money
Dead wrong. Hair matters. A lot. Statistically speaking, a man with an average face but a full head of luscious hair will win out over a man with an average face but relatively more money/power/fame.
Some don't...but the NEED to!!
Bobby Charlton didn't cut his hair ... he had us all fooled with that combover
Someone recently told me that Gene Keady had thinning hair and used a comb-over. I don't think anyone knew at the time. R.I.P. http://btn.com/2012/02/03/next-icons-spotlights-purdues-gene-keady/
As the majority of middle-aged men, I cannot care less about what women would think of my haircut. Most of us are no longer insecure youngsters that have to demonstrate something to someone. I cut my hair short because, as a sport-oriented guy that showers several times a day, it is way more practical than having long hair.
If it really bothers can’t you get a surgery to fix it? It’s not that expensive to fix if you’re not a bum
Anyone seen Phil Collins lately?

Wow ... that's almost seamless. I think there's a good chance the combover makes a comeback in the 2020s
Bobby C did get caught on one occasion ...
Short hair looks better. Particulalry if you aint got much.
I get frizzy hair in hot weather and the solution is either to have long hair (think Chris Hemsworth as Thor) which I can't pull off any more (opinions differ as to whether or not I ever could. I say "yes". Everyone else says "no") or cut it short. I wear a baseball cap not to hide my baldness, but to protect myself from the sun.
I'm not attempting to fool anyone, just age as gracefully as I can.
First, it depends. For a husband/BF they look at some of those things for sure. For a guy that gets them wet and they want to bang it's looks/status right at the top.
Rich trust fund kid who lives in his moms basement still = women might be interested to marry but they won't be getting turned on by this guy. Powerful CEO? Different story.
Acting like hair plays no role in looks is hilarious though. It depends on face structure and type but for some men hair loss has a minimal impact and for other men it's an absolutely brutal hit to how they look. Guys can go from handsome to below average if they are badly cursed by hair loss.
Also, when it comes to women being attracted to you and being sexually interested in you (as opposed to relationship material w/no attraction) acting like looks don't matter is being willfully ignorant. Only took me a couple times of seeing how women react around a truly stunning 9/10 guy with frame, size, masculine facial features to understand that not only do looks matter in that sphere, but that they are hugely important. Equal at a minimum to high status.
Met my wife when I had luscious, curly locks of brown hair, but the writing was already on the wall. My hair had been thinning slowly for a decade. Bad genes. Happened to all the young men on my mother's side of the family. Does it suck and do I wish I still had my old hair? Hell f'ing yeah.
But life goes on. I think for a lot of guys, shaving their thinning hair is an act of catharsis. When you look at yourself in the mirror every morning, it can be difficult to see thinning hair staring back at you. It feels really good to shave it off and move on from the angst you experience trying to style it so you look like Jude Law. (Newsflash: You're not gonna look like Jude Law.)
Getting old sux.

I mean, if you’re balding don’t you value what little hair you do have even more? Women prefer men with hair. As a young guy, I’ve never understood why other guys shave their heads and go the buzzed hair route as they age. You’re not fooling anyone choosing this strategy that’s for sure lol. The glistening scalp look on a hot summer day is particularly ugly. And covering it with a baseball cap is a ridiculous look too.
As a older guy that does this, what I don’t understand is when younger guys that could have hair shave it by choice.
Women (both young and old) prefer wealth, sophistication, and patience- over youth and a full head of hair.
So, young fully haired guys.....
I could have a bald mullet if I wanted....
And I can still take your women from you without the slightest effort.
Screw primping and preening!
That’s for insecure wimps - that want more female attention than they can get.
Easier to shave the hair off once or twice a month.
