What about the Norwegian kid is doping? because he is white no one think he is doping? He just went from 3:36 to 3:32 in one season.

Do we really have 6 clear at 2.37 in the high jump?! A shame Barshim got hurt as he would likely have broken the WR this meet.
Maybe if I could read it's 2.27. Not impressive at all.
Nice shot of Sandi Morris and her backside. Woah.

Only 1 guy over 2.30m at the moment

Post of the night. Great point.
33 second difference for men
38 second difference for women
Post of the night. Great point?
I'd says that's very close and no on raising the barrier heights.
lol so are we accepting the Chinese WR as legit when we make these comparisons? You guys will do anything to avoid the elephant in the room.

With the exception of one farcical meet in China, the fastest women's 3k is 8:20 not 8:06...
The men's 800m is about to start.

It's not a farce. The WR is soft.
They need to raise the barrier heights.
Remember, flat 3000m for Men WR is 7:20, record is 7:53
Women's flat 3000m is 8:06, record is 8:44
You tell me which is soft.
33s difference for Men versus 38s difference for Women isn't really THAT significant.
But if you use the median of the top 25 3K flat times for both and exclude the WR holders it is:
7:25-7:26 for Men on flat versus 7:53 steeple=27-28 second difference
8:19-8:20 for Women on flat versus 8:44 steeple=24-25 second difference
It would be much more to the point to throw out the Chinese times from 1993. Other than those times, no woman has ever run sub-8:20 flat time outdoor. Dibaba just a few seconds better indoor when she was in 3:50 shape.
55.76 for Caster at 400m

Solid run for Centro, 3:31.77. And another strong run for the "random guy who won Rabat." Running 3:31.62. Solid PR for O'Hare (3:32.11)
Solid? Name one American who can come close to that. Centro may very well PR this year. I hope they go for a time, not the bonus in the DL finale.
26 high . 27 flat for 200. She's going for it!!! M

No?
Shut it down, soyboy.
Not a soyboy (I had to look it up), but even if I was it would be better than judging athletes based on their race/ethnicity.
I am so sick of this excuse.
Not judging on race, but on circumstance. Look at her agent. Look at her governing body. Look at her peers. Where there is smoke there is fire...
This has nothing to do with race. You can make the same argument for Russian or Chinese women of old. Or American men in the TDF. None of this is about some racial vendetta... it's about clean sport. It's about countries, governing bodies, agents, coaches, and training groups being held accountable. The nation of Kenya has a recorded history of doping, and Beatrice is associated with people involved.
Semenya saying f*ck it and just going for it. 55.76 at 400m
Caster going for it! 55 at 400!
So we have three dopers from one family? Can you imagine three of them get busted for doping?

So then, EVERYONE is doping according to your theory, correct?
That's the record until proven otherwise, thanks for your input and yes, you are avoiding the elephant in the room (think about it, but not too hard).
1:25.xx at 600m
