That's a pretty salty run!!
-
Prakel went through 1500m in 3:40.77.
both Sam Prakel and Eric Avila ran their 8th sub-4 mile last night. for Lopez Lomong it was his 19th.
Elmar Engholm in 9th place ran his first sub-4 making him the 1512th sub-4 miler. the last man to run his first sub-4 at the Morton Mile was James West (GBR) in 2016, who has yet to run another. let's hope it turns out better for Engholm.
cheers. -
Lomong is unreal. What range for the veteran.

Will Sam get a contract?
NYNJ?
OTC? -
Didn't Prakel also win the mile in the Cork meet this past week as well?

Seriously! Lomong is ridiculous when healthy. This is the kind of range he threw down while at NAU - 1:45/3:37/7:49 along with 4th and 3rd place finishes at NCAA XC.
