There was a big thread last year about his technique and almost everyone agreed his form could cause hammy injuries. Then he got a hamstring injury...
He 'paws' the ground and has massive posterior strength = recipe for hamstring injury
Nobody agreed on that.
ONE guy prattled on and on about it. Was that you?
For a guy with a "recipe" for the injury, this was the first year he ever had any trouble with it.
By the way, "massive posterior strength" doesn't injury hamstrings. Massive anterior strength does. So your whole idea makes zero sense. God, I hope you're not a coach.
....Gosh, I hope you're not married. A real misanthrope aren't we?
Does Iguider ride the home crowd to a win?

yep, you're right - anterior not posterior. my bad
that wasn't me on that thread but the issue is reality.
i hope you're not a coach, you're a petty, vindictive d*ck

Goule pulled up on Niyonsaba with 100 to go but then Niyonsaba was too good.
Not too good. Too manly, and shouldn't be racing with women.
Chelimo & Iguider right to the lead. A hair over 7:30 pace at 800 M - honest pace
Men's 3k. Kejelcha has gone out in the back yet again. But with a mile to go, he's in next to last and they are single file in a huge race. That being said, he's only 2.4 seconds behind the leader.
Chelimo breathing down the neck of 2nd pacer

You're a bad sport, and should be ashamed of yourself.
2:30-2:37 for the K splits. 2nd pacemaker let down a good opportunity for a lot of guys
Wow.
Wow Kejelcha seems to be benefiting from Salazar's "training methods."
Terrible stretch tactics by Chelimo, as always. STAY IN YOUR LANE
WHEN will Chelimo stop looking over his shoulder ever final 100?
Vebjoern Rodal on Norwegian radio said that the race organizer did a bad job getting a rabbit.
It should be not that hard to find a runner doing 2k on 5.00.
Filip and Jakob will both run in Monaco. That will be interesting
McSweyn takes Chelimo for 3rd as Chelimo mails it in last 30 meters.

Yea, I don't get it, run through the line.

No, you move just like he did & try to protect your position. Perfect tactics, just not enough strength to hold on and shame on him for lack of effort those last 30 meters

Is Kejelcha gonig to be unbeatable under the NOP?
I've always thought, "If you coudl just teach these Africans tactics and keep them healthy, my goodness."
Does anyone remember if before the NOP if he liked to go out in last? He realizes it's foolish to go out in 57 in a 3k? Same thing in the 1500. I have no idea why so many guys go out in 55. Just go out in the back and work your way up as you know it will slow down in the middle.
He misjudged his last lap. I had him in 13.1 from 300 to 200 to go and then in 27.6 in his final 200.

Lol, one dad in Norway produces a better group than the entire USA.
